Brown Vegan
Monique Koch started the “Brown Vegan” podcast in 2013 to help others get comfortable with the idea of going vegan. Her goal is to help families start a plant-based lifestyle that is simple and long term and to show her listeners how delicious vegan food can be.
Koch has meaningful, candid conversations with her guests about the ups and downs of living a vegan lifestyle. Even if her listeners don’t fully adapt a vegan diet, she hopes to encourage them to incorporate more plants into their daily lives to improve their health and that of the planet. She believes ethical living helps not only animals but the greater good of humanity overall. In addition to the “Brown Vegan” podcast, Koch covers a wide range of wellness topics on her blog.

Hosted by lawyer/animal law professor Mariann Sullivan and author/activist Jasmin Singer, “Our Hen House” is an award-winning podcast going strong since January 2010. Produced by a nonprofit organization of the same name, it seeks to create hard-hitting but upbeat podcasts that aim to help end animal exploitation.
“Our Hen House” puts the spotlight on grassroots activists, leaders in the vegan movement, and change-makers of all kinds within the animal rights community. It also highlights vegan businesses along with plant-based and cruelty-free products.

Victoria Moran hosted “Main Street Vegan” for many years, but was on hiatus with the podcast while she aired “The Victoria Moran Podcast: Meetings With Remarkable Women.” But now it’s back with new episodes exploring all things vegan, from food to philosophies, and more. As a long-time vegan, author, and yoga practitioner, Moran brings her natural curiosity and compassionate personality to each show.
Her “Meetings With Remarkable Women” podcast, while not only about veganism, is also a gentle and captivating podcast that touched on plant-based topics. Guests on the podcast have included Vonettia Calloway, the founder of The Black Vegan Experience, and young vegan activist Jamie Logan.
